I am sending this letter to express my appreciation and thanks for the service I continually receive in your store. Two years ago as a sophomore at Loyola University I walked into your store hopelessly lost about photography (and photography products). After a minute in the store the employees made me feel welcomed and gave me so much valuable advice and help that I felt more confident than ever. I expected to be bombarded by complex photography jargon and terminology and leave even more confused but instead they explained everything at a beginner level and then built upon it. Currently, I am pursuing a photography internship at Vibe Magazine. I truly feel that the sound advice I continually receive when in your store and the initial confidence I received on that day two years ago has enabled me to reach my senior year as a photojournalism student.
